What is EFT and how can it help?
Emotionally Focused Therapy is an evidence-based model of therapy shown to be extraordinarily effective working with couples, individuals and families.
Meet EFT Therapists in Knoxville
Training for the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, individuals and families requires extensive training and clinical supervision. Clinicians in our EFT Knoxville community are dedicated to continual professional growth in order to provide you with the most effective therapeutic care for your marriage, your family and your life.
Groups & Intensives for Couples
Intensives are 2-day workshops for couples based on the Hold Me Tight workbook by Sue Johnson, Founder of EFT. These workshops provide a safe and supportive place for couples to make positive changes in a short time, gain understanding of themselves and each other, and to learn skills and approaches to continue to grow their connection and bond with one another.
Peer Group Support & Training for Therapists
EFT Knoxville holds monthly peer groups for trained EFT clinicians to network, learn from each other, gain helpful consultation and to, ultimately, provide our clients with the best therapeutic care possible.
